Its pretty simple to have a shared domain. Just Log on to Control Panel, go to "Domain" section, now click on "Add Domain" now the 2nd option you have is "Third Level Domain" now type something, e.g mendhak. Now just press submit and choose what features you want. You can have the same features...

I take your point, but if you look at the navigation bar, a link to the main forum already exist. e.g JodoHost Forums > Community > Suggestions and Feedback > Link to the Main Page Its a standard practice to have the Logo linked to the Main Page.

Hi, I was just wondering would it be logical and helpful to have the Main JodoHost logo linked to the Home page instead of Forum home page? Currently we have to scroll down at the bottom to find any link to the main page even that i found by accedient. I used to manually type the homepage URL...

No I meant VBF=Visual Basic Forum. Yash, the owner of the site has been a VBF member for a long time, even before Jodohost was created. A lot of user from VBF signed up from Jodohost. Note that the forum software vBulletion also started from VBF, the then owner of VBF created vBullention...

Thanks Stephen, Yes just searched this forum and found out that other user have implemented what i described above in jodohost. As for password protected folder they will probably serve slightly different purpose unless we can specify username and password through code, and redirect the user...

I was in the impression that the scripts running on the server has access to thoes files residing on the Root folder. If thats the case i can use Binary Read and Write to server my purpose using ASP. I am just trying to find out who/what has access to those files. Will try out binary...

Hi, Is there a list of member who are Staff of JodoHost? In the previous version of vBulletin there used to be a link called Forum Leaders in the main page which showed the list of Admin, Mods etc. I know that admin,mods are highlighted in bold, but i just wanted to see the full list...
