I understand that I have to purchase a reseller account and then ask you to move my customer account into it? what happens to my balance from customer account when you do this?

In an announcement Yash stated: Resellers must first create the mail2.yourdomain.com alias from Reseller Admin CP > E.Manager > Server Aliases. In my admin panel I can see an option to add an alias, what am I doing wrong? Cheers, David
