That is also pre purchased rate, it is just like my flying home tonight. I bought it a month ago and paid a low price, if I went to purchase it today it would be $890 for the same economy seat. if I want to move to another flight I have a fee to pay.

We did Not ‘complicate issues’ to gain more in any way shape or form, I have no clue where you are getting this from. The overages were auto billed by the system, and has only gone down since then by our work, not not up.

This charge because you purchased a seat, a seat is equivalent to an account.

I’ve an account so I’ve a seat and pay the charge in advance in the beginning of the month.

If you felt hungry while you are on the fly, and you needed a sandwich, will you be charged $890 for it?

Is non of my business but why not charge your client for the extra bandwidth. I had the same problem and did just that and the customer didn’t even complain.
