Hey Yash. Same issue here. I recreated the account and was issued an IP pretty close to the first one. I cannot connect to the new IP. I can however connect to the old IP.

Ok an update. We’ll have this fixed by noon (15 hours from now).
We are going to be doing a fresh VPS and OS install if needed as well..

There is an issue with the networking, being that it is a holiday, the typical unix staff is not on hand to address this matter, it will be addressed when one is available.
