Mail5 blacklist with comcast/ucdavis

Re: MAIL5 Blacklisted (again)

UCDavis said that it usually takes 24 hours for the list to be removed. So need more time there, sent them another email.

I am not sure whats up with comcast, will check

Re: MAIL5 Blacklisted (again)

I am going to assume that UCD and Comcast use the same list. Comcast is very big on West Coast (at least) of USA. I would not call them a small blacklister (especially if they are using Symantec as their source).

UCDavis told me that once they cleared it (which could take 24hrs), it would only take 3-4 hours before it propagated. I was told this morning at 7am PST that it was clear.

Re: MAIL5 Blacklisted (again)

We just got a call that this is happening to our client also with Comcast emails. They are a travel agency that does a ton of business via email so I need some help fast with this one. Has this been resolved? I am submitting a ticket now…

mail.cadillactravel.com is what is getting blacklisted.

no – it has not had an immediate fix. The long term fix is in process of being finalized.
