I would like to know what domain you are one, because you obviously have a configuration way different than anyone else, but the weirdest thing would be that it is working.
The servers are on Eastern time, if that helps any there. GMT-5

I just verified it. I downloaded ex040521.log about 10:30 MDT and then again 11:45MDT.
It had grown an extra 4K.
