Windows Servers Maintenance reboots to add ASP.NET 3.5 SP1

I will be starting updates on Win18 and then Win17.

Win18 is in the iis resetting part now.

Win17 will be starting the IIS resetting in about 10 minutes. Win18 has been up(iis) for some time but will be rebooting in before long, it is in the final part of the asp.net 3.5sp1 update.

Win18 is ready to reboot now.

Win18 up now.

Win17 iis is up and good, Win16 is doing updates(sitll 10-15 min from iis resets) while win17 finalizes.

Win17 is ready to reboot, win16 IIS will start resetting in 5-8 min probably.

Win17 is up, win16 currently is as well but iis resets will start within minutes and last 8-15 minutes.

Win16 is ready to reboot now, will be rebooting in next 1.5 min.

Win16 up and going good, win15 is still in backup and won’t be able to be upgraded tonight, skipping to Win14 as the last server for tonight.

Win14 to reboot in next 1 min.

Win14 up and good, maintenance done for tonight, it is going to extend longer until completed.

Doing installs on Win15, and then Win12 (Win13 will be skipped as 3.5 won’t work on it properly)

Win15 may be the only update for a while, win10/11/12 are all still in backup process.

Win15 will be rebooting within 2 minutes.

Win15 all up, and Win11 is ready to start the asp.net updates now.

Win11 is ready to reboot now.

Win11 is good now, win12 needs a reboot before we can do the updates and one after, a bit of an odd situation.

I will be working on win10 and win12 at the same time now (btw win12 has been up for about 4 minutes after the last post after that reboot)

win12 iis will start to have resets within the next 5-10 minutes.
