24x7 support, really?

I posted many tickets for a serious problem, that cause my company's client website malfunction, since yesterday. It's been 24 hours and still, I've received NO answers from Jodo's support team. What does Jodo's 24x7 mean?
 
Your ticket is regarding switching to local language when using asp.net. This is not an issue with other customers on win5.

We can transfer your site to win6, if you feel it will work there?

Moreover, as I am a returning customer of Jodo (I have 2 site hosted and many chances that more in the future) I strongly suggest that the Supporting team works more effectively in replying tickets, moderating support forum and chatting on live chat (I could not chat because noone in the session a few hour ago).
