Access to sysAdmin members only

i have an error message when i login to the MS SQL server
(mssql1.jodoshared.com)

it says only members of the sysadmin role can access this feature

also when i click to go into view the databases to ediit my datbase it freezes,

when i use the evaluation SQL manager it is ok... but i have ms Enterprise manager now and im trying to use that .. but it wont let me get to anything ..(freezes) its frozen now while writing this thread.

any ideas??
 
EM has to download a list of all of the databases, and sometimes seems like it is locked up while doing that, it can take 15 minutes sometimes, have you downloaded the list of databases at this point?
