I did not receive an invoice but did recieve a reminder to pay by the 23rd. Today is the 21st and I was suspended. Payment has been made for user soundservers. Please reactivate so client sites are available.

In the future, it would be nice if you waited until the day you quote to suspend an account.

Yes, Billing has resumed it. Your account was due 10 days or more.

This is done automatically. If we leave it alone, then keeping up with follow up with 100's of resellers is so difficult.
