Account Suspended

I wake up this morning to see my account is suspended, i changed my billing email 3 times already but jodohost insist on using my old email (I do have access to it but it is used for chunk mail), I made payment already, Can you please remove the suspension from my account. Thanks.

First, edit your billing period from 1 month to 6 months/ 1 year. And then pay.. Simple.

There are 2 email contacts in every account.

#1 Account -> Contact Info ( This is official customer contact info).
#2 Billing -> Billing Profile ( Billing contact Info)

In your case #2 is still old. Please check and update it.
