adding domain problem

hi,

ive tried sending a few support tickets the last few days but no answer but im also not getting confirmation that i have sent them so maybe there is a problem there, anyway my main problem is as follows....

i have a silver windows package which is supposed to offer 6 domains, im currently using 1, so when i go into the cp and try add a domain i get the following message.....

Failed to add new resource.
There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check or verify the validity of your credit card.

am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong on your end.

System did not allow you to add a domain becuase you had negative balance. Billing has received your payment 10 minutes ago. It has been credited to your account. Now you should not have problem adding a domain.
