ASP.NET "DLL & Code Behind"? (the last question)

I was going to sing up but I have other question?

Can I use "DLL & Code Behind" in Asp.net (in reseller)?, I get confused when I see the “semi-dedicated Servers”
 
Yes of course. You can compile ASP.NET DLLs and use them as code-behind in ASP.NET in all our plans, including shared & reseller
