Is there a list of installed components available to shared users? (file upload components and email components for instance)

I see from the list that the following, available components seem to deal with file upload:
  • ASPUpload
  • ASPSmartUpload
  • Dundas Upload

Does anyone have any experience with these (Windows) components, and is there one that is better than the others?

I have used all of those, I currently use chose to stick with Persits ASPUpload. To be honest I did not notice and differences between them, but I am doing nothing more advance as uploading to a forum. They've all works perfectly.
 
Any of them will probably work for whatever needs you may have, but you will find that there is more information and code examples for ASPUpload than you will probably find for the others. http://www.aspupload.com is a good place to start.
