Blacklisted?

Support:
I started to see problems with sending emails to anyone at a cox.net email address. Have we been blacklisted by them too?

Here is part of the return email I get.....

Connected to 68.1.17.3 but greeting failed.

Remote host said: 421 lakemtai07.cox.net connection refused from [69.61.29.5]

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.


How do we get this resolved?

This doesn't look like a blacklist. Looks like a connection problem. We looking into this. Please try again after 24 hours

We currently are not blacklisted by anyone

Oh.... I guess I assumed since I am having the issue with 2 different users
receiving email on cox.net from one of my domains that it was a block of some type by cox. No other users have issues receiving email from the domain (that I know of).
