Can someone answer my tickets?

Hello-
Don't want to create a new thread. Seems to be something going on with the helpdesk tickets. I created two tickets on Sunday the 19th from Hsphere and other than a confirmation email, no response. (770562 & 770560) It's actually only one ticket, hit the send button twice.
I have always gotten instantaneous responses in the past.

that is not our ticket IDs, that is tickets made to yourself, you need to use the means here to send ticket, if you login to your end user CP, it will send the ticket to yourself and your panel not to us.
