In the majority of the domains we host, we cannot change the FTP password from inside the HSPHERE CP. No error or other notification is displayed subsequent to submitting the form; it just returns to the page and the password is not changed.
If you got same page without any error after click on submit then it means password change successfully.
I have tested it my self too. If you are getting any error then please open a support ticket with mention domain.
