Cant get FTP and tickets to work

Ok i cant get my ftp login to work i just reset the password to amke sure that wasn't stored wrong, but i still cant login via ftp. When i tried to submit a ticket also it would just refresh the page with all my info still there. and never shows up as an active ticket
 
To submit a ticket, Click on Support Center within your CP

We'll look into it as soon as we receive your ticket

One of my other problems was I tried to submit a ticket but it wouldn't work for me. i Click submit and my screen just refreshes. and nothing gets submitted.
 
If you username is relatively long, your FTP login is a shortened version of your username. I think it is the first 7 or 8 characters.

devorem has a very valid point. Check your FTP username in your activation email. It may be truncated
