I can't raise this as a support ticket as I can't log in to my control panel (which is problem a), the second problem is that the email server isn't responding either so I can't check emails which is quite key for me.
I have checked the server status using the option under the support menu but the only message that comes up is something about a DDoS attack that took place in December (you should update/remove that message as it's obviously old).
I've only been a customer for a day so this isn't really a promising start to be honest.
Can you please look into this and get back to me asap?
