Cerberus ticket system not working?

I can't seem to get logged into the reseller tech support system -- I can log in to hsphere just fine, but the ticket system login just keeps kicking me back to log in again. Anyone know if something's changed, or?

It was working just a bit ago for me, can you try clearing your cookies?
