Change user from unpaid to paid account?

Is it possible to change a user from an unpaid account to a paid account? I want to setup my client with their account and host it while I'm developing their site, after the site is complete I want to then charge them for hosting. Can I create their account up front as a non billing account and then change them to billing afterwards?

I'd like to be able to do this, too. My fake solution was to simply credit the account and note it as OTHER instead of CHECK or whatever and make a note that it was just a credit so I didn't bill the customer.

That would work, just thought there might be a better way.
