A few weeks ago we had an issue on the node containing CL1-WIN18, and needed to rebuild the WIN18 server, however Hsphere owner Odin had recently changed hands and a number of domains/redirects and download servers were offline preventing the install of the software needed. Due to this we were not able to process as a new server and managed to get it up but still with a few OS problems that did not impact customers.
Since that time we've been able to get a new server configured and now ready to move the data of customers across and put it online. With this change we need to reset permissions and this process will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Websites will all be there and will come up as soon as permissions are proper, so it will depend on the order it runs to complete and where you fall in the process.
If after the permissions reset happens you still have problems access the sites, we will need a ticket or live chat to resolve, we do not anticipate such issues to arise.
