Comcast Blacklists Us Daily

I have written about this problem over and over, but it seems like nothing is being done. Almost once a day, we get blacklisted from Comcast and have to go through their online process to get unblocked. It is to the point where we are ready to leave Jodo and take all of our accounts with us. Can you tell me why this happens so often when other providers don't seem to have this problem? It is extremely frustrating.

We have submitted tickets to them and they reply "IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is not listed"

Other providers DO have this problem, AOL and some of the big players have really gotten out of hand, people are reporting mail they have read and delete as spam, instead of only spam as spam.
