My client normally gets into his control panel and clicks on the File Manager and it takes him straight into the file manager.
However right now it is prompting him for a user and password after clicking File Manager. We thought maybe Jodohost now required him to enter this, but it will not accept his user / pass.
This has happened in the past and you guys did something and it quit requesting password, but not sure if this is the same issue or if you changed something.
Please advise.
