CP and reseller desk down on some nodes

I've been getting a timeout on both our CP and the Reseller desk for the past 2 hours; support chat unable to help. Same issues on different machines and different internet connections.

This seems to be a similar problem as the network problem on 12/21: http://support.jodohost.com/threads/network-problem.24350/ maybe some nodes are down:

Not a node issue.

It may be a routing issue somewhere well between us and you see it sometimes due to this.

If you continue to see it and can get 2-3 traceroutes for us to help find where it is going bad we can attempt to communicate with the issue's NOC to see if we can get resolved.

Thanks, Stephen. It turned out to be an issue with our ISPs upstream provider, fixed now.
