CP server down

I cannot access my cp, server not available error.

I cannot ping the server.

I saw your ticket and the control panel is opening fine for me. Can you ping it?

Hi,

It's not working again.

The URL is http://cp.r0ck1t.com:8080/ and it has cannot find server error again.

I cannot ping the server, it says Cannot find host, please check the name and try again.

The URL that was suggested in my ticket gives the same error.

This is annoying to say the least. I have updated the ticket with this information.

Its up and working absolutely fine
I checked both DNS servers and the A records and fine there.

You still cannot access it?

I checked from two ISPs and also from www.amegaproxy.com
When you ping your CP, do you get an IP or simply it returns "cannot find host"?
