Create Application in Sub-Folder

Is there anway to go in and create an application in a sub folder? I know I can do with IIS Admin, but w/o accesss to the Admin is there anyway to do it on JodoHost or can I only create an Application in the root. What about adding a virtual directory?

The only control you have is to either create a sub domain where it will be an Application folder by default, or create a ticket and we will make the sub folder with the settings you need.
