Customer Support

I have recently decided to shut down my web hosting company and move all the domain names that I host to a JodoHost reseller account. I had a couple of problems during the reseller host setup (like IP address that were not available), but finally got the account setup okay.

I have utilized the chat support feature multiple times. The only problem is it takes me 20-30 minutes, just to explain the problem to the person on the other end (they must have only a simple understanding of web servers, dns server, etc). After I have wasted 20-30 minutes of my time, they just ask me to open a ticket. Why can you not get support people that understand what is going on?
 
At the moment, a support operator may be handling 3 or 4 customers at the same time which makes it difficult. We are working to streamline chat support. Additionally, the person handling your chat session may be specialised in something else. Hence, I only recommend you use livechat for general questions

For specific issues, please always use the ticket system as someone that works on those sort of issues would answer your ticket and it would be done quickly
