DB Backup Needed

Refer to #167809 submitted yesterday re: animalushopzoo.com and the hacking of the DB: comersus.mdb possibly late on Oct. 18th resulting in loss of all of our sales order and customer history files. It would appear that you did a backup on 10/19 and again on 10/20 - both the same size and done after our files were corrupted. Have you a previous copy somewhere we cannot see that can be installed? File: animalushopzoo.com/comersus/comersus.mdb

There appears to be no response yet from yeterdays ticket. What please is the procedure?

You are not sending the ticket to the right place, nor do you look to be a client of ours by the ticket ID.

We do have backups of this before 10/19 if you need them but you need to submit to the proper place, if you are not a direct customer you need to go to the person you purchased from and we will provide a restore to them.

But unless you are a direct customer you can not login and use this method. We can not see the ticket you submitted except when you provide it and I did a search in all customers.
