deleted tickets?

Has anyone had their tickets deleted? I logged a ticket yesterday for a jmail problem and now it's gone. The thread I posted here referring to the ticket is also gone.

I have sent an e-mail to Yash asking for an explanation.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

I emailed you regarding this. The ticket was deleted accidently
