DNS Zone Problems

We are currently facing several problems with our name servers that caused our control panel to become inaccessible for about 5 hours yesterday evening. The Control Panel currently is back online but the following problems exist

1) Email from certain addresses may not be received
2) You may not be able to connect to our mail server.
3) You may not be able to connect to our MSSQL4 server.

We are hoping these problems will be resolved in the next few hours. If you are facing connection problems, please use the corresponding IPs to temporarily access our servers instead of the host name:

It should also be noted that our mail server IP has also been changed from 69.61.29.18 to 69.61.29.20. All customers using external DNS services are requested to update their MX records. We are hoping that these problems are resolved in the next few hours.

This problem has been resolved and all email is coming through. Customers are now requested to use the respective host names to connect to each server
