domain could not be registered at jodohost

I Tried registering a new domain name at jodohost.
The link is failing with

Not Found
The requested URL /servlet/CheckAvailabilityServlet was not found on this server.

We are a domain reseller of directi.com. I'm checking this out with them. They are probably having problems

would it be a problem if I register with godaddy.com

Anyway,

Would it be a problem if I register domain with godaddy.com and host it here ?
 
Nope, in fact I was about to suggest that. Domain registration is provided more as a convenience to our customers.
