Can i use exchange server to gather emails from one of our offices and then forward those emails to my jodohost mail account ?

If yes, how, and is there a walkthrough at all ?

I'm having a hard time understanding your questions
You are free to forward and store whatever you want in your mail boxes (if that is your question)
