FIle Manager not working (Webshell4)

Please note that at least on Win5 CPs filemanager (webshell 4) is bit working. I think that this is a general rather than perosnal issue hence my post here.

ticket #40864, probably related to the fact that when I ftp to my site there are no files there (ticket#40724), even though my site is up and I can see the files through FrontPage.
 
Logan, I believe I fixed your FTP issue, webshell is now working and showing all the files with no warnings. Feel free to update me here on P or in ticket if the FTP is not working, I do not have a password ti check it or a would. However webshell is essentially an web FTP, and it knows the password, and it shows the files now.

Eko, I am checking for your domain/files/settings/control panel and all issues raised.
