File size utility available?...

Is there any utility available like TreeSize Pro http://www.jam-software.com/treesize/ that will allow you to run a report on your web site and return the folders and files along with their size?...I know I could go into each folder and record the files and their size info, but I'm hoping there is a utility already written that will do that for a site when you're logged in...Has anyone heard of such a beast?...... ?(
