Ive no problem with you deleting a thread that I started relating to today's Win5 server problems, but I do have a problem with the "time" periods you stated as I made clear that the problem affected my UK sites between 8:45am-9:40am GMT which in many instances is the most busy period when people are checking their emails and opening up their browsers (many of my colleagues and students use it as their homepage). As such it is misleading to quote downtimes as 4:--am and it would be better if you indicate the time-zone you refer to so e.g. 4:00am EST.
