Hi all.
I am in the process of modifying the "Order Confirmation" email notification in H-Sphere and need some help..
By default, this notification sends out a FEES AND REFUND summary for additional items customers purchase through the Control Panel.
What I need to know is the correct <if command to determine whether the activity is a purchase or refund.
Hope someone can help out.
