Helpdesk Does Not Post with Attachment

When an attachment is placed on a helpdesk submission, Cerberus indicates that the ticket was sent, but it does not make it to JH staff, nor does it ever show in the ticket history. Submissions made without an attachment are sent successfully. This makes SSL certificate installation requests interesting; too bad the HSPHERE CP Cert installation does not work, otherwise, I'd not need to make a helpdesk ticket in the first place...
 
It seems an attachment size is big than allowed due to which it has been rejected. The best way to upload SSL certificate attachment in your FTP space and update us with their location in ticket. We will get it from there and will install for the requested domain.
 
I've had this same issue and notified support of it weeks ago. It used to work on the same size files as I have successfully attached in the past.
