How do I access without a domain name?

Is there a way to access the content of my website without the domain name?

In the HSPHERE panel, it shows:

d17943null27null

This is to be appended to "jodoshared.com" or something similar, right? I'm not sure what though. Help me out here. :)

Its pretty simple to have a shared domain. Just Log on to Control Panel, go to "Domain" section, now click on "Add Domain" now the 2nd option you have is "Third Level Domain" now type something, e.g mendhak. Now just press submit and choose what features you want. You can have the same features as a full domain.

Now if you typed mendhak then your url will be
http://mendhak.jodoshared.com
 
I wasn't able to figure out the instant domain aliasing thing, but danial's suggestion will do. Thanks mucho mucho.
