I need to deactivate the automatic payment of my current account because i'm opening a new account for technical reasons (asp.net 2.0 support). ? What i need to do to block the next payment ?
Hello Nemedi, please send an email with your case details to Jodohost Billing department at billing @ jodohost.com (without space). They will assist you to do the needful.
1. Edit your Billing profile from Credit card to Check as Credit card is a fully automatically payment Gateway.
a) Select Billing Profile in the Billing menu.
b) On the page you will be taken to, choose `check` in the Edit Billing Profile drop-down box and click the Edit button next to it.
