We have seen a rash of defacings across the internet the last 3 weeks, and there are a number of customers that have been hit here.
If you run ANY prepackaged software, in any language, ASP/PHP/ASP.NET and they have released newer versions or security patches, I would highly recommend you upgrade.
Groups of "hackers" are defacing pages through many known expliots in forums, easy site design tools, WYSIWYG editors, Joomla, and many more apps.
So again if you run any application please try to see that you update it ASAP, if you do not update it, expect to get defaced soon as the defacers are really getting active!
