Invoice is wrong

I just got my email invoice, and it is wrong. It states the following:

"Monthly fee for Value Windows plan (9/21/03 - 10/21/03) $6.95
Monthly fee for extra 3GB above free 6GB of traffic (9/21/03 - 10/21/03) $9.00
TOTAL: $15.95
YOUR CURRENT BALANCE: ($15.95)"

The $6.95 is correct, but the extra $9.00 is wrong. Please check my traffic for the last month and you will find that I didn't even come close to using 1Gb. Even if I had used more that 6Gb, aren't we suppose to continue to get 9Gb until January?

I'd like to get this fixed so I can pay the invoice. Please let me know how you want to handle this.
 
hmm, I deleted PCM's post. Looks like someone is playing on the forum here :)

There is a system error that is charging customers fro extra transfer. Yes, you will get 9GB till Jan 10, 2004.
I believe these charges have already been reversed for you. Let me know if it hasn't been.

The $9 was credited the day after I posted that message and all is well.
