wondering if you guys are there. chat is not working and tickets are also not being answered!!! ?(

I thought the average time for a response for a ticket is 60 minutes. Well I have waiting 4 hours and counting and still no reply so far.....

Are you going to answer the tickets anytime soon?
 
Live Chat is down due to an issue with the software. We expect Live CHat to be back up in 24 to 48 hours

Averafe Tickets are answered within 60 minutes. if your issue is a more complex one, it may take as much as 6 hours to resolve. If your ticket hasn't been resolved in a sufficient amount of time, please email [email protected] with your ticket ID

We are staffed 24x7x365. At the moment, there 4 system administrators on shift handling tickets
