I thought the average time for a response for a ticket is 60 minutes. Well I have waiting 4 hours and counting and still no reply so far…

Averafe Tickets are answered within 60 minutes. if your issue is a more complex one, it may take as much as 6 hours to resolve. If your ticket hasn’t been resolved in a sufficient amount of time, please email [email protected] with your ticket ID
