Does anybody have any experience running a Shoutcast server on Jodohosts Linux VPS.

If they do please could they tell me

1) Is the bandwidth "high quality" eg are there any buffering problems

2) And an estimate on the memory usage/processes per user

The bandwidth is high quality, it is all Internap unless their is a faliure then it goes to a cogent that is for failover.

I can't give a memory estimate, but I know that shoutcast overall does not use much.

I will tell you that shoutcast can DRAIN your bandwidth limits quickly, so be sure to watch it if you decide to do this.
