List of questions on Windows VPS

Hi,
I am very interested in Windows VPS (WinVPS Gold). But I heve a list of questions to my case. I will run the following sites:
1) 2-3 sites on ASP.NET and with AJAX Support.
2) 2-3 vBulletin forums. (Require PHP/MySQL Support)

So I need the following to feel comfortable running those sites:
1) ASP.NET 2.0 /AJAX/ MSSQL 2005 Express/ MySQL.
2) Daily Backup
3) Remote access in case If I want to install any additional componets
4) Patches update by support.

My questiom, are those specifications are ready and installed by default in the WinVPS Gold plan? is there anything I should install or do myself?

Specifications ready and installed by default are: -

1) ASP.NET 2.0/MySQL is by default included in Plan but for MSSQL 2005 it comes under paid services.

You need to install AJAX yourself, we can assist

2). Daily Backup - We do backups twice a week
3)- Remote access and install application - Yes
4). Patches updated by Support- Yes
 
MSSQL 2005 Express is free, and can be installed on your account free on request.
MSSQL 2005 Workground, standard, etc are paid.
 
How much is the MS SQL Server database addon for a VPS account for 500MB/1GB?
 
Backups on VPS are forced twice a week but the client can see the backups and do others if they desire from the power panel.
The backups we force to be done via command line, but the client should check their backups regularly.
