Customers are using our Live Chat features all the time. Sometime we do see problems ie while an Operator trying to accept a live chat, connections drops.
I suggest keep trying. Try sales or billing if support operator is not available.
i get 3 green lights when i open the page, while i'm waiting for the 1 active session to finish, i get chucked onto the leave a message page.
