Live Chat - Anyone really there to pick up the chat?

For the last few of days, whenever i tried to use the live chat feature on your site, I was redirected to leave a message.

Wondering if anyone really picks up the chat or is it just me getting bumped around. :(
 
Customers are using our Live Chat features all the time. Sometime we do see problems ie while an Operator trying to accept a live chat, connections drops.

I suggest keep trying. Try sales or billing if support operator is not available.
 
i get 3 green lights when i open the page, while i'm waiting for the 1 active session to finish, i get chucked onto the leave a message page.

time after time.

pity, i wanted to speak to sales about a new account, but i thnk you just lost it.
if you're still interested in my business, you can now contact me - not via a PM....
 
when the green lights are on it means that someone is there, but a session is in front of you. Sometimes 1 session can be 15 minutes or more.
 
I am sorry about the bugs in the current system

We have invested alot in this new support system which we hope to implement shortly

But our staff is always there, no doubt about that. You can use our phone numbers
