When I was a kid, watching the very first episode of Star Trek on a flakey old black and white TV in a house with no heating or indoor toilet, I wanted to live in the future. (It was a long time ago... the World Wide Web was still 24 years away!)
2010 seemed an appropriate futuristic date to me, and was so far away to an 8-year-old that it was hard to imagine what life would be like if I ever got there.
Today, on 1/1/2010, I sent a test email to a new domain I've just set up. I was surprised to see the incoming mail from my own account marked as spam.
The reason, according to mail11, was:
3.4 FH_DATE_PAST_20XX The date is grossly in the future.
I finally made it.
