Hi. we made a domain transfer of one of our accounts: aloepuro.com the domain is already transfered to another server, but one of our clients that had the email "[email protected]" can't view his emails because off course the domain has been transfered. We tried going to the temporary domain : mail.d498540.p46.pymeactiva.com but it is not working. Is there any way he can get into those emails so he doesn't loose all the info?
