I have a couple of tickets that support doesn't seem to be able to respond to.
Ticket 24444 was created on 6/30/2004 and I quickly received a response stating that I would be updated soon. I have added comments on 7/1, 7/3, and 7/9/2004 to keep it active and have received no further responses.
Ticket 24670 was created on 7/3/2004 and I have yet to receive a response. I added a new message on 7/9/2004 asking for an update and still no response.
I think it is only fair to enquire about this in private first. However, I attempted to do this on 7/5/2004 by sending an email to [email protected] about this issue mentioning these two ticket numbers. I have not yet received a response to that either. Therefore, I am resigned to posting here.
Please help.
