Mail server IP

I was told the mail server would change several weeks ago since that IP block is still on most SPAM services as a "bad" IP and prevents mail delivery from it.

I'm guessing we haven't changed yet or are running in parallel since there hasn't been any notification and I can send email to some people (but not anyone on AOL or others that utilize SpamCop or other services).

I was told it would be solved by the end of November....

We were delisted by SpamCop sometime ago
We have a new mail IP on our new servers.

Thanks Yash...

Was there an email I missed that told everyone what the new IP was and when it was placed in service?

No.
It is on the new Windows 2003 server. When you are shifted by us, or decide to shift yourself, you can always open a ticket and we'll let you know

Spamcop still has the mail server IP listed as shown below. I guess I'll need to move my site when I have time to fix this.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.powerwebhost.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

OK, so we've been listed again (for the nth time)
Well, we filled out the form to be delisted. Normally takes 10 days. The new mail server isn't listed so you can always shift your domains there if you'd like. We have installed SpamGuard on it so hopefully it should control spamming from our customers.
